A: We go a step above most basic bookkeeping services and provide our clients with a monthly financial statement that reports the overall financial health of the business from month to month and yearly. This monthly report allows the business owner to stay on top of their financial health and get ahead of any potential issues and make sound business decisions.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: The monthly fee is based on the specifics of your business and bookkeeping needs. While we have provided a general price chart, each business is evaluated and the monthly price (which is competitive and commensurates with our experience) is determined once we have reviewed your books and specific bookkeeping needs.
Q: Does it matter where my business is located or what industry I’m in?
A: No, we work with all types of businesses that are located all over the world, although most clients have a US-based business.
Q: Is there a contract?
A: All services are offered on a month-to-month basis.
Q: How often will I communicate with my bookkeeper?
A: Normally once a month when the books are reconciled but we are available anytime for questions that may arise throughout the month.
Q: Will you clean up my messy books?
A: Absolutely! This is our passion and clean books are essential to your success. Hire us to perform a paid diagnostic review of your books! We can get you back on track and organized!
Q: What bookkeeping software do you use?
A: We work exclusively with QuickBooks Online. Our bookkeepers are certified ProAdvisors. While there are multiple accounting softwares available we believe it is better to be the master of one than none! Let us help you and train your staff on QuickBooks Online.
Q: Will you also do my taxes?
A: No. We are not CPAs but we will work closely with your current accountant to provide the most up-to-date information, answer any questions, etc.
